Bright Minds Education Consulting was founded by Rickia Egans, as a way to support education professionals and parents through coaching and workshops. Rickia is an edupreneur with over 16 years experience as a classroom teacher and coach. She has a passion for supporting teachers and parents with identifying and developing more effective instructional practices that serve all students. For 16+ years, Rickia has worked with culturally and linguistically diverse learners in high need communities. She has met these challenges by analyzing data and implementing culturally responsive and highly effective instructional strategies.
